We serve fantastic fresh rotisserie chicken and hog roast from our trailer ‘Margaux’ from within a build-up unit of 6M wide space.
Our offer is the perfect festival offer to allow a busy festival goer to be assured of great fresh food at a time to suit them. We serve great food to order and we also take pre-orders for our full bird/family favourite to suit the customer’s day of activities.
We have traded at most major festivals across the UK and want to specialise in events where our product will be loved and we feel it we will be really appreciated for the fresh food offer. We have great prices and people will love the theatre of a fresh food offer from our rotisserie machines.
